First and foremost, thank you, Buster, for a timely and thoughtful response. It says a lot about the Medium team. I agree that those kinds of stories are on the decline, but, at least from my vantage, there's still plenty of them. I'll try clearing out my reading history, as you suggested. I usually see them within the Writing topic, which I follow for articles on craft and inspiration. Also, to be clear, it's not just that I see them in my feed, it's that they're performing so well.
